Graham Phillips

As a Director of Phillips Aitchison, work on clients’ behalf has included

·     delivery of business and IT projects, from very large programmes (£225m) to very small (£3k)

·     commercial procurement and contract negotiation

·     strategy development

·     feasibility studies and business cases

·     risk management and governance

·     leadership development,  team building and training

Graham previously worked with PA Consulting, Price Waterhouse and Ernst. A project manager with many years’ experience of delivering large and complex projects, he is a PRINCE2 certified practitioner.

He is a board member of the Inverness Harbour Trust.  He also chairs the board of the Kilbraur Wind Energy Cooperative, looking after the interests of community investors in a large commercial windfarm. He previously served as a Member of Highland Council, chairing Strategic Committees and the Harbours Board.   

He set up the first Housing for Local Needs scheme developed for a parish community in the UK.

He also chaired the group which set up one of the earliest CCTV schemes in a historic town.
